Sunako from The Wallflower, or Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge.
She looks like this in half the anime, but I think she's my favorite anime character. She's definately one of the most morbid I've seen tho. xP
Made without a base. I think it came out okay but I'm still not great at anime-ish shading. I used anti aliasing to make the shading appear softer, atleast...
